Terms of Sale

  1. Pricing
  2. All products are priced in Euros (EUR).
  3. If you pay by credit card the price may appear on your credit card statement in your local currency (the conversion rate will be determined by your bank).
  4. The total price that you pay is shown in our software store and will also be shown on the order prior to purchase.
  1. Cancellations
  2. If you wish to cancel an order you should contact RGolf stating the order number, transaction number and software purchased. You must cancel an order before you receive the license key.
  3. The purchase price of all orders cancelled in accordance with (1) above will be refunded in full.
  1. Refunds
  2. You have the opportunity to download free evaluation versions of our software prior to purchase. Therefore, once software has been purchased and license key installed NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN. We cannot supply software on a sale or return basis.
  1. Fraudulent Transactions
  2. Where software has been purchased by credit card and clear evidence is provided that the transaction was placed without the knowledge or consent of the card holder a full refund will be given.
  3. Such refund is given on the understanding that the card holder will notify the issuing bank of the circumstances surrounding the fraudulent use of the credit card.
  1. Delivery
  2. The software requires a license key before it is fully functional. An email message containing this key will be sent to you after the credit card transaction is completed. The license key will be sent within three working days.
  1. Support
  2. Technical support for our software is available by email. This support is provided free of charge. We do not guarantee that we will solve problems arising from the use of the software, or fix errors in the software.
  3. Registered users will receive free upgrades to software purchased.
  1. Use of License
  2. The buyer acknowledges that the right to use the Licence issued is personal to the buyer, and that the buyer should not redistribute the Licence.
  1. Warranties and Limitation of Liability

  2. THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS-IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY WHATSOEVER. YOU ASSUME ALL RISKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES FOR SELECTION OF THE SOFTWARE TO ACHIEVE YOUR INTENDED RESULTS, AND FOR THE INSTALLATION OF, USE OF, AND RESULTS OBTAINED FROM THE SOFTWARE. RGOLF MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR FREE OR FREE FROM INTERRUPTION OR FAILURE, OR THAT IT IS COMPATIBLE WITH ANY PARTICULAR HARDWARE OR SOFTWARE.

    IN NO EVENT SHALL RGOLF OR ANYONE ELSE INVOLVED IN THE CREATION, PRODUCTION, MARKETING, DISTRIBUTION, OR DELIVERY OF THE SOFTWARE, BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER; INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, FOR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION, OR FOR OTHER MONETARY LOSS, ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF THE SOFTWARE OR THE INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE.

    IN NO EVENT SHALL RGOLF BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, WHETHER IN A CONTRACT ACTION, NEGLIGENCE OR OTHER TORT ACTION, OR OTHER CLAIM OR ACTION, ARISING OUT OF, OR IN CONNECTION WITH, THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE SOFTWARE OR DOCUMENTS AND OTHER INFORMATION PROVIDED TO YOU BY RGOLF, OR IN THE PROVISION OF, OR FAILURE TO PROVIDE, SERVICES OR INFORMATION.

    Because some states of the United States and some countries do not allow the exclusion or limitation of the liability for consequential or incidental damages, the above disclaimer may not apply to you. Any warranties that by law survive the foregoing disclaimers shall terminate ninety (90) days from the date you downloaded or otherwise received the Software.
